GachaWorld Ltd is a family ran business, originally opened in April 2008 as a Blog & eBay store dedicated to the very latest in games related Branded Accessories.

Before too long our attention was drawn to the fascinating world of Gacha's, initially our range of Stylus pens grew, to charms, figures, keychains and anything weird (but wonderful).

Today we have 100's of collectible Gachas, and a growing range of branded merchandise, such as T-Shirts, Hats, Belts and Candy. 

We simply aim to treat every customer as we would wish to be treated ourselves, will answer every e-mail enquiry within 4 hours (usually under 1 hour) and ship all orders placed before 4pm the same day.

We rely on our customers to help us to grow and learn, if you would like to see a particular series added to the store, see a naming error or would like to offer us some constructive criticism we are always glad to hear from you. Over the years we have added countless products and services to meet your requirements, and we will continue to do so.

If you are not happy with your order, or it has a fault please first arrange an RMA with our returns department at returns@gachaworld.com - we will provide you with an RMA form to print and return with your order. Without a form, you will be subject to a re-stock fee of 10%.
