• Return or exchange an item.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 
• 14 days of receipt.
• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. 
• We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will 
• exchange the item.
• Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

• We recommend that customers within the United Kingdom return goods for refund or exchange using Royal Mail.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email sales@gachaworld.com to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Reference #.
2. Mail your returned item to the address we specify 
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
